Refund or Request for Replacement with Products of Equivalent Value

Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer may choose between:

Refund of the Purchase Price

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the consumer and at no additional cost to the consumer.

Should it be necessary, for technical reasons, to specify an alternative refund method, the consumer may provide the relevant details.

Replacement with Other Product(s) of Equivalent Value

As an alternative to a refund, the consumer may request, where available, the replacement of the purchased product(s) with other product(s) of equivalent value.

Any replacement request is subject to the availability of the selected products and must be confirmed by Frette S.r.l.

Should the requested replacement products be unavailable, or should it not be possible to proceed with the exchange, the consumer shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with the provisions set out above.

Any price differences, where agreed between the parties, shall be settled separately. In the absence of an express agreement, exchanges may only be made for products of a value equivalent to that originally paid by the consumer.

Return of Products

The consumer is required to return the products in accordance with the instructions provided by the Seller and, in any event, within the time limits established by the Italian Consumer Code.

Products must be returned intact and complete with any accessories, documentation and packaging, except to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

It is understood that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases excluded under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, where applicable, including, by way of example, products made to measure or clearly personalised, as well as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
