When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days for the main destinations and 2-3 business days for the remote destinations. Please notice that during sales or promotions periods, delivery times may be longer than expected due to the high number of orders. For more details please see our Shipping & Returns
How can I track my order?
Order status can be tracked using Check Order Status or by referring to the shipping confirmation email sent to the email provided at checkout.
How can I modify the order I just placed?
Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We try to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, so in some rare instances, we may be able to stop the order before fulfillment and cancel. If an order has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order. Once the order is received, please return the order per the Return Policy. Our Customer Service is available during business hours.
How do I exchange an item purchased online?
We accept exchanges only for the same item with same price. Please refer to the Return Policy for further information.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and JBC) and Paypal. Exclusively for certain countries, eu.Frette.com offers the customer the possibility to make purchases through the following payment methods: Klarna, Sofort, Ideal, Dotpay. Why are my payments not going through?
Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If you receive an error after entering payment information, please contact your bank.
How long does an order take to ship to my destination?
For shipments outside Europen Union, FRETTE is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or to force majeure events beyond the control of FRETTE.

How much is shipping?
Shipping cost depends on the weight of the items being purchased, the destination, and the shipping method. Please add all items you would like to purchase to the shopping bag, proceed to checkout, and enter the full shipping address to see the shipping cost per shipping method.
Do you offer free shipping?
Frette may offer free shipping on orders based on order amount for specific periods of time. If your order is eligible for free shipping at the time of checkout, once you proceed to checkout and enter the full shipping address, the actual shipping cost will appear for the order and the shipping discount will show the deduction of the actual shipping cost in the Order Summary on the top right of the page. If there is no shipping discount shown in the Order Summary, your order may not be eligible for free shipping.
How can I start a return?

How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds for returns are generally processed within 14 days from the date the returning items are received. Once processed, the funds may appear in your account within 2-5 business days depending on the bank. See our Returns Policy for more details.
