What was your design inspiration for Blackberry Farm?
Founded in 1976 by the Beall family, Blackberry Farm is a country estate that has been inspired by the natural surroundings of our area.
What is unique about your property?
Surrounded by 4,200 acres, our property borders the Great Smokey Mountains National Park and views are uninterrupted by any visible structures. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds, hike our trails, visit the heirloom gardens and more.
What was important about having Frette in your property?
We want our guests to have the best "sleep experience" and the Blackberry bed is at the heart of that. We carefully selected the best elements to create a feeling of luxury and comfort. Frette is an important part of that.

Frette complements the design of our guest rooms by providing the highest possible quality for bedding.
What are the most important decorative elements in your home?
The WOW factor of the bed. A beautifully made bed is the most important element. It sets the tone of the entire experience.
What are your three most important elements when designing a bedroom/room?
It must be thoughtful, personalized and have a feeling of being restful.
